Discussions to assessment the strategic plan and establish time period priorities for the 2022 – 2026 Council can be initiated in early 2023.

The 2016 – 2025 Strategic Plan is a 10-year plan. The 7 Strategic Plan Priorities are high-level priorities that help the group imaginative and prescient and that embody all 70 Metropolis Providers delivered by the Metropolis.

The Metropolis’s 2016 – 2025 Strategic Plan, authorized by Council in June 2016, has these parts:

  • Mission identifies why we exist as a corporation
